Yes. Cleany Queeny is fully insured with liability insurance to protect your home and to give you peace of mind.

We try to do a meet and greet before the first clean just to get a more accurate quote of the job ahead. This is also so we can come prepared with all the right notes and equipment needed for the initial clean.

The cost will depend on how large your home is, the amount of cleaning required and what exactly you want done. If possible, we would come out to do a meet and greet to give you a more accurate quote and book it all in at the same time.

Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive a superior service – guaranteed!

We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
    1. You may give us a key that will be kept in the safety key box in the office.
    2. You can give us the code to the garage.
    3. Also, you can let us know any safe place.

Yes at Cleany Queeny you can purchase cleaning gift vouchers for any occasion.

We require payment at time of service. We accept debit card payments and payment by cheque or cash.

We provide cleaning products. If you don’t have a mop we can provide a disposable mop for a small charge and a hoover can be brought on request.

Please let us or your regular cleaner know 24 hours before the clean takes place.

Please let the office know and we will adjust the direct debit amount, you will also need to pay the new hourly fee to the cleaner.

Yes. The cleaner can do any reasonable cleaning related domestic task. Cleaners will leave a Cleany Queeny book and pen for you so you can right down in order of what you would like each time.

Our cleaners do their best to arrive at your agreed time. There are situations when traffic is delayed and cleaner may be late. We allow a 30 minute gap before and after your scheduled time.

Pets are not a problem. If you have any special requests regarding your pets or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of just let us know.

We are very particular about who we hire. Every employee undergoes a rigorous screening process that includes criminal background checks. Additionally, all employees are fully insured and bonded. Our employees are all given top-notch training to meet our demanding standards, and we regularly conduct quality inspection checks. Trust is a vital component of our business. We pride ourselves on having earned the trust of hundreds and hundreds of customers throughout the company’s success.

We can clean as often as you need. We have a number of clients that require a number of times each day and then we have clients who only require our cleaning services once or twice a month. Cleany Queeny are entirely flexible to your needs.
