At last a cleaning company where the staff do an amazing job! I’ve had 3 cleaning companies in the past and these guys, regardless of who cleans our home have been amazing. They have been with us for the past 2 months and I love them. I love the fact that they leave a branded note pad and pen, so I can leave them a message for anything I’d like cleaned as a priority, is just brilliant and thoughtful. After having a disastrous mishap of using spray adhesive instead of carpet freshener it looked like my lounge carpet was ruined …spoke to a couple of company’s who said they it would be impossible to remove the adhesive , I called Cleany Queeny who offered to try .. with no charge and I’m so happy they have removed all adhesive and deep cleaned all carpets and even cleaned my old rug which now looks brand new .. This company is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They sorted a house a family member had rented. Because of lockdowns and distance from the house, they not only cleared and cleaned the house to a brilliant standard, but also organised skips, a painter, gardener, and carpet fitter, and kept me informed every step of the way. The house now looks better than at the start of the rental. They went well over and above ‘normal’ for me, I really appreciate them. If you want brilliant and non-judgmental jobs done then these are the people to go to.

Cleanly Queeny did a deep clean of our business premises “Little Oaks Play Village” in Newport before we opened up after lockdown. Super communication right from the start from Cheryl and we felt as though she really listened to our individual needs. The Cleaners did a super job of getting our play centre ready to receive our little visitors even “fogging” the role play areas so that they were extra clean and safe. We were very happy with the service they provided and would definitely recommend.

Cleany Queeny are just fantastic ! I used CQ for a deep clean for my nans bungalow. Her bungalow had a lot of clutter and a lot of dust. The team managed to re organise the clutter and get rid of all the dust. They even got out all the stains in her carpet! I was very impressed. The girls were very professional and worked super hard. We’ve recently had our house deep-cleaned by Charmain and her lovely team. To quote accurately for the clean, Charmain did a walk-through of the house (following social distancing rules), providing recommendations on what she could include in the clean and the chemicals she would be using. I particularly liked the bacterial touch-point clean which given the currently situation was reassuring. The team did a great job and it felt amazing coming back to a nice, clean home. Especially as it’s become a lot grimier since the lockdown with a toddler using it as soft play 😂 Professional and friendly throughout, I would definitely use Cleanly Queeny again 🙌

having unexpectantly broke my leg i contacted this service for a clean . i expalined the situation the access issues as i am bed bound and the situation inside the house. they were very helpful . i was booked in for thw day of my choice which fited in with my appointments. the girls text thw night before to confirm which was great i wasnt just left wondering if they would turn up. when they arrived they came in uniform so u could establish who they were. they brought their own products which helped as i didnt need to worry about trying to get out to get cleaning products. they provided an excellent through clean. i didnt expect things to be to my standard. no chatting they just got on with it . they left my house looking and smelling fab i would highly recommend these i felt at ease the whole time they were here. good value for money also thanks girls see u again soon

After much deliberation over getting a cleaner, I chose Queenie after seeing the reviews and pictures, I can tell you I was not let down. Everything I couldn’t do she did, blinds, floors, both bathrooms, tidied everything neatly away as I had a house viewing. As soon as I returned home, I actually shrieked in excitement as what she had accomplished. I cannot recommend this company enough. Only down side is I wish I had found her sooner 😭 Thank you, fantastic results. Also this lady is a beautiful human and a pleasure to do business with🥰

A fantastic, friendly and trustworthy cleaner. She crammed everything she could into the two hours and I was really impressed with the results. It was spotless and tidy but still had its usual homely touches. It was a right state before she came too as I have a toddler who loves to throw anything and everything! Thank you so much.
